Entanda o poder do silêncio
Peço a todos que fechem os olhos e sintam dentro de si, o poder do silêncio. Mergulhem dentro de si, agora.
Como é bom entender o poder do silêncio. Um minuto de silêncio poderia aniquilar tantos problemas. Apenas um minuto. Poucas ações por dia. É importante praticar diariamente pelo menos durante um minuto. Quer seja num trânsito caótico, quer seja numa sala de aula barulhenta, quer seja num ambiente de trabalho deplorável, quer seja em uma residência desarmônica, quer seja em uma fila de banco, quer seja caminhando, enfim, onde quer que esteja. Um minuto de silêncio, silenciando a mente, silenciando os ouvidos, silenciando a si mesmo. Fazendo um mergulho de fora para dentro.
Às vezes muitas atitudes poderiam ser evitadas com esse minuto de silêncio. Os ímpetos, os momentos de impor egos, reflexos das próprias intempéries, poderiam ser evitados. Trabalhos espirituais só surtem efeitos se cada pessoa envolvida abra os seu coração, juntamente com sua mente, emoção e razão, para poder receber as informações distribuídas, visíveis e invisíveis. As folhas podem cair e lavarem seus corpos, mas somente o principio ativo será penetrado, se entender que ciclos se fecham e novos ciclos se abrem constantemente, convidando a deixar seu antigo personagem para trás, e enveredar por outro tipo de trajeto que a vida oferece.
Agradecer. Agradecer o que a vida constantemente está a oferecer. Mas somente consegue agradecer se exercitar a autovigilância. O autoconhecimento. Se não exercitar, nunca irá perceber os ciclos que se fecham e se abrem. Quantas mortes de si mesma já foi deixada para trás e quantas vidas foram oportunizadas dentro de uma só vida.
A partir desse momento, quero que todos se lembrem de um fato que doeu, mas hoje está resolvido, através da libertação, da autenticidade que se encontra hoje. Decepções amorosas, decepções familiares, decepções de vários sentidos, que levam cada criatura a buscar a espiritualidade.
Graças a Deus que tudo isso aconteceu. Todas as dores, todas as doenças, todas as traições, todas as lágrimas derramadas, todas as perdas de entes queridos, todas as perdas materiais, tudo contribuiu para que você hoje chegasse onde está.
