Hoje vamos falar uma coisa que acredito que todos têm dentro de si: Amor a si mesmo e ao próximo. Vamos começar com o Amor próprio. O Amor que cada um tem para si mesmo, que vem com o cuidado do próprio corpo, com as palavras, com os comportamentos, com o olhar no espelho e se reconhecer, com o cuidado de colocar o respeito para o outro desde que primeiramente tenha o respeito para consigo, de falar em um tom mais baixo assim como gosta que o outro fale com você. Um reposionamento diante do auto amor, porque aquela pessoa que se ama, aquela pessoa que tem a oportunidade de diariamente se abraçar, de se perceber no corpo como ser humano, consegue abraçar a Deus.
Como fazer orações a Deus tão longe, tão distante, se não consegue estar com você mesmo, com você mesma, um só instante? A rebeldia alheia, as preocupações do cotidiano, os afazeres diários, tudo isso vai desviando a mente para dentro, para o mergulho de dentro.
Separem um momento para vocês. Um momento de uma atividade física, um momento de uma leitura, um momento de uma atividade que você tenha satisfação de fazer, não importa qual seja, qual a complexidade que seja. Separem pelo menos 30 minutos das 24 horas para você. Não me digam que durante o sono você tem este tempo, porque durante o sono é o momento de reposionamento energético, de tratamento, de visitas espirituais, encontros, reencontros com seres que já estão em outras dimensões. São 30 minutos enquanto estiver desperto com os olhos abertos, acordados. Pelo menos 30 minutos, de um momento para si, de uma boa leitura, uma boa atividade física, mesmo que seja sair, andar, dar uma volta e retornar para sua casa, para que vocês rememorem que estão seres humanos, que não são maquinas, que não são robôs, que não são qualquer coisa que pode ser feito de qualquer jeito e pode ser elaborado de qualquer forma.
Mesmo que esteja em companhia de outras pessoas, mas naquele momento você está com seus 30 minutos sagrados. Empreendam todos os dias, pelo menos 30 minutos com você. A sua melhor companhia, o seu fiel amigo, a sua fiel amiga, você mesmo, você mesma. Às vezes vocês se decepcionam por buscar fora, aquilo que está tão preenchido dentro. Por isso precisa de apenas poucos ajustes, uma orientação, uma atenção melhor para si, diante do seu melhor amigo, da sua melhor amiga, que é você mesmo.
Não existe pessoa mais leal do que você com você mesmo, mas existem momentos da trajetória que a honraria de você para com você mesmo está um pouco fragilizada. Vamos fortalecer esses braços. 30 minutos de atenção para consigo. Diariamente, faz com que os laços fiquem mais fortalecidos e tudo aquilo que você pensa, tudo aquilo que você verbaliza, passará a ser abrandado.
Cuidado com aquilo que vocês falam de vocês mesmos. Aquilo que vocês dizem que não tem mais competência, que vocês não sabem que são incapazes de fazer, aquilo que vocês não têm cuidado, para que isso não seja entendido por você mesmo como uma verdade.
Lembrem-se: As mentiras que são ditas chegam um momento que podem ser entendidas como verdade de tanto ser repetido e criado uma frequência, como se fosse a sua própria frequência. Alertem-se! As coisas são aquilo que você reproduz. Se todos ao seu redor estão agitados, veja qual é o momento que você também está agitado. Na realidade, todos estão dentro da sintonia natural, mas estão reagindo à sua agitação. Seja o primeiro ou a primeira a se acalmar. Seja o primeiro a se reavaliar.
Aquilo que está no outro, às vezes é repercussão daquilo que você está produzindo. Acalme-se! Olhe para você mesmo. Quando você começa a se amar, a se perceber, a saber quem você é, muitas coisas vão se acalmando ao seu redor, muitas lógicas vão ficando cada vez mais claras. As coisas vão ficando mais simples e óbvias e, ao mesmo tempo, naturais.
Não existe tanta diferença de pessoas, de seres humanos, porque o respeito vai sendo gradativamente fortalecido consigo, porque você não mais se desrespeita. Você não mais se marginaliza. Você não mais se rejeita. Porque você se ama, verdadeiramente, não no sentido vulgar da palavra. Os seres humanos falam bastante que amam muitas coisas, mas esquecem que o primeiro amor deve nascer de dentro da pessoa com a própria pessoa. Esta é a primeira semente do Amor. Somente aquele que consegue massagear o próprio Amor, consegue reproduzir para o outro, este amor pelo olhar, pelo sorriso, pelo abraço, pelo aperto de mão. Quantas pessoas vocês se deparam durante o dia-a-dia e ao apertar a mão, a olhar nos olhos, você transmite o seu amor, a sua paz? Porque naquele instante, aquela pessoa que pegou na sua mão, que te deu um abraço, um pouco mais demorado, talvez cometesse uma loucura, se você não estivesse apertado a mão, olhado nos olhos, dado um abraço. Diante do seu amor, muitas coisas podem ser mudadas, alteradas, inclusive seus pensamentos repetitivos.
Passados do auto amor, vai sendo iniciado o processo do amor ao próximo. E do próximo do mais próximo, do externo. O amor externo em todas as suas facetas. Não só o amor afetivo, de relacionamentos amorosos, românticos, mas o amor sem ter nenhuma condição. Respeitar sem ter nenhuma intolerância para o outro, porque o outro está em um momento às vezes caótico, assim como você está também, ou já teve o direito de ter o seu momento caótico. Às vezes o outro está em rebeldias que às vezes você também já esteve em momentos de rebeldia. Então, se você começa a comer do mesmo prato de rebeldia alheia, está a desfazer do seu papel de semeador do Bem. Aprendam a identificar que o outro está em rebeldias, em caos mentais, sem julgamentos. E com gestos simples ou apenas um olhar você ser capaz de transmitir faíscas medicamentosas em beneficio daquela pessoa.
Por isso que muitos dizem, já foi escrito, que o primeiro amor para ser vivido é diante do seu inimigo. Mas como amar o inimigo se ele te faz sofrer? Se ele já feriu tanto, já abriu tantas feridas dentro do seu peito, na sua alma? Como amar o seu inimigo? Lembre-se de que primeiramente você amou a si mesmo e que você em muitos momentos já foi o seu fiel inimigo.
Então, quando você é capaz de se amar – entendam que é por isso que é o primeiro passo – você já amou o primeiro inimigo, que é você. Diante do outro agora, porque você já respeitou o lado sombrio que faz parte de todos os seres humanos, consegue respeitar primeiramente o outro. Aquelas pessoas que em algum momento entraram em embates energéticos comportamentais argumentativos, mas às vezes você também teve um excesso, pois poderia ter parado a batalha num momento anterior, mas prosseguiu a batalha.
Acalme-se e conseguirá enxergar que às vezes o outro grita com você, mas na realidade o outro está pedindo socorro. O outro está querendo chamar a atenção do planeta para a grande dor da alma que ele está sentindo.
Então perceba que o outro grita de dor e não direcionando somente a você, porque o seu ego doentio acusa que o outro está falando isso, para te machucar. Na realidade é para chamar a sua atenção e dizer: você pode me ajudar? Eu estou precisando de ajuda. Por isso que eu grito, para ver se alguém me escuta. Para ver se alguém me ouve. Por isso que eu sou tão carrasco, porque na realidade eu não quero que ninguém se aproxime de mim, para enxergar a minha fragilidade. Por isso que às vezes eu sou injusto, porque eu estou mal compreendido diante das pessoas e preciso que as pessoas parem de me julgar e passem a me olhar com respeito.
Observem. Quando vocês plantam a semente do amor ao outro, vocês começam a abrandar as palavras. Começam a respirar profundamente mais, a falar as palavras que precisam ser ditas, mas de forma mais coesa, objetiva, sábia. A sabedoria vem ao longo da história. Momentos de conflito tiveram que ser decididos, buscando a sabedoria, para que as duas partes beneficiadas por Deus saíssem com seus merecimentos adequados.
Espalhem a semente do amor. Primeiramente abrandando o seu coração, a sua mente, colocando em ordem as suas palavras.
Amem até mesmo quando vocês aumentarem a voz. Amem e saberão manter o timbre de voz harmônico, contínuo, único, para todos os momentos. Permitam-se serem seres humanos dotados de todos os sentimentos que um organismo pode passar, mas lembre-se: Não precisa ser perfeito, basta ser equilibrado!
Ninguém está aqui para santidade neste planeta, mas está aqui para a grande prova planetária: o equilíbrio.
