Com sua lei, liberta as consciências em evolução. É rigoroso e não aceita injustiças, falsidades, mentiras ou maldades. Xangô é o orixá que decide sobre o bem e o mal.
Ele é ideologia, decisão, vontade e iniciativa. É a rigidez, a organização, o trabalho, o progresso social e cultural. Ele é a determinação de vencer, é a lei de causa e efeito. É o protetor de todos que exercem com bondade as práticas das leis, sejam juízes, advogados, etc. Xangô é o responsável pela solução das pendências e das injustiças, dando a quem merece o devido castigo e a vitória ao injustiçado. É a ele que devemos recorrer nas demandas espirituais, nos processos judiciais e em todos os assuntos ligados à lei e à justiça.
