O ato de incorporar não é simples. Um espírito não “entra” em nós como entramos em um carro. Na verdade a plena incorporação leve tempo e precisa estabelecer outros processos anteriores. Um deles é a irradiação. O que isso significa? É o período de tempo variável que as entidades irradiam suas vibrações no médium, preparando seus corpos sutis para posteriores incorporações. Nessa etapa o médium pode captar a vibração da entidade e ter contato fluidicamente com o corpo astral da entidade. Isso dará ao médium uma impressão de como é a entidade, como ele a sente. Ele pode nessa fase captar muitas idéias vinda das entidades, mas pode se confundir muito com seus próprios pensamentos. Pode sentir uma forte força o conduzindo a andar, sentar ou manipular algo. Ele sente muitas reações corporais; suor, tremores, mãos frias e molhadas, ou calores, falta de noção de espaço e possível visão embasada, além de dormência, taquicardia, fraqueza nas pernas, tonteira, torpor, dor em determinadas áreas do corpo. Esses são alguns sintomas que se pode sentir.
Essas reações são variáveis de pessoa pra pessoa, resultado da manipulação energética que as entidades operam em seus médiuns. Muitas vezes desobstruindo chacras, reparando buracos na aura, além de estarem preparando as áreas responsáveis para estabelecer futuras incorporações.
A ansiedade, medo, angustia e esclarecimento, pode dificultar essa fase, pois é médium não se permite inconscientemente às vezes, receber de forma plena essas irradiações e bloqueia. Mas com o tempo a entidade consegue preparar seu pupilo para estabelecer uma conexão satisfatória para uma incorporação.
O que você pode fazer para melhorar e captar bem as irradiações e a transição para as incorporações?
Quando o médium sentir as primeiras ações de sua entidade, é aconselhável que tente esvaziar a mente de pensamentos, perguntas, dúvidas e medos. Se concentre em deixar o corpo leve, sem tensões. Ele pode ter visões nessa fase, o que pode ser imagens lançadas ao médium pela própria entidade. E quanto mais relaxado e livre de pensamentos ele tiver, mas vai sentir sua entidade e interagir com ela.
Ao iniciante, chega sempre um momento que é difícil distinguir o que são suas idéias, ações das entidades ou reações dele mesmo. Uma incorporação se estabelece quando o médium perde parcial ou total força sob seu corpo e este passa a ser dirigido por uma força estranha a ele. O médium não comanda o seu corpo, e se tentar sentar, caminhar, agir normalmente não irá conseguir. Uma coisa meio que incoerente que muitos textos passam é que a consciência ou inconsciência está atrelada a domínio do corpo físico. Mas uma coisa não se relaciona com outra. Na prática podemos verificar isso. Porque a maioria dessas literaturas que abordam mais este assunto, são literaturas de origem espíritas. Mas devemos colocar que a dinâmica das manifestações mediúnicas nos centros espíritas, são um tanto diferentes das manifestações dos guias espirituais de religiões afro-ameríndias. O grande contingente de ações mediúnicas nos CEs é de espíritos obsessores e sofredores para receberem orientações e doutrinação. Ou seja, a natureza do espírito é completamente diferente e as manifestações ocorrem via mental, sem que o espírito tome o controle corporal do médium. Porém as entidades, de natureza diferente de espíritos de baixa vibração, agem em nosso corpo e centros de força, estabelecendo a incorporação de fato. O que somente pode ocorrer vinda de espíritos inferiores quando se estabelece uma possessão, porém este é um caso atípico de médiuns descontrolados e em processos graves de obsessão e não num médium equilibrado, já apto a exercer sua função num centro espírita.
Ou seja, a natureza mediúnica nas duas searas é diferente.
Quando o médium de umbanda perder o controle de seu corpo, e perceber uma força o conduzindo de forma equilibrada, controlada e ordenada, a entidade estabeleceu uma excelente sintonia com o médium. Dentro desse panorama, a entidade pode demorar um pouco pra falar, mas não é via de regra. O médium vai perceber que as idéias lhe chegam e são pronunciadas de forma rápida, sem que fique perdido em pensamento e reflexões para depois falar. A fala da entidade é direta. Muitas vezes no inicio, as palavras podem passar pelo mental do médium antes de serem ditas, mas com o tempo, isso torna-se praticamente automático. E muitas vezes vocês vão passar pela situação de pensar uma coisa e da sua boca, sair outra completamente diferente. É a entidade que está no controle e não você.
Voltando a questão de inconsciência x controle do corpo. Como falei, alguns escritores alegam que o médium somente perde o controle de seu corpo, quando ficam inconscientes. Mas na prática vemos que isso não procede. O médium pode perder completamente o domínio de seu corpo e ser tomado pela entidade e estar perfeitamente consciente, vendo e ouvindo tudo. O que ocorre é uma perda de noção tempo-espaço, além da sensibilidade corporal que se altera. Dentro de um escala pra mais ou pra menos, respeitando obviamente as leis da física e materiais, o médium fica mais resistente ao calor e ao frio, assim como suas necessidades fisiológicas ficam alteradas. Ele pode passar muitas horas sem ir ao banheiro, sentir fome, ou cansaço. Pois não somente seu sistema metabólico como outros sistemas se altera. Mas qualquer desarranjo ou desconforto corporal que o médium esteja sentindo pode afetar e atrapalhar. Por isso é tão importante cuidar do corpo, alimentação e fazer os resguardos para que tudo esteja equilibrado para que a entidade tenha um “aparelho” satisfatório para trabalhar. Pois água limpa em copo sujo, jamais será de boa qualidade para o consumo. Limitações físicas e descuidos podem comprometer o nível e intensidade do domínio da entidade em seu médium, ou seja, na incorporação. Médiuns em idade avançada, as manifestações são simplesmente mentais, pela fragilidade do corpo físico.
Como vocês podem perceber o nosso corpo é exigido nos processos de incorporação. E nós somos responsáveis por estar cuidando para sermos bons e viáveis veículos para nossos guias. Então não dependem somente delas, mas de nós também, pois quanto mais disciplina e prática tiverem, mais firmes será suas atividades no terreiro.
