Aprenda a estabelecer em sua vida o estado de presença, de prece. O estado de prece é ver tudo em todo e qualquer contexto da vida, mas permanecer em plenitude espiritual e energética sublime, emanando positividade para todos aqueles que estiverem por perto, desse estado de presença.
Não espere ficar em desespero, triste, para entrar me estado de prece. O estado de prece pode ser vivenciado todos os dias, na alegria, na tristeza, em vários momentos da vida. Estado de prece é aquele que, com o tempo, com o exercício, você vai vivenciando nas 24 horas do dia, em estado de vigília, em estado de atenção, em estado de solicitude, em estado de prestar atenção em si, distribuindo antídotos para o outro, trilhando por todo e qualquer caminho que siga durante o seu dia, com vigilância, sendo referência, inundando as pessoas de positividade e luz.
Prestar atenção em cada detalhe da vida para evitar a contradição. As pessoas, às vezes, mesmo em estado de prece, vivenciam discursos contraditórios, falando uma coisa e agindo de outra maneira, então o estado de prece fica um pouco prejudicado.
O estado de prece é um exercício diário. Começa com 5 minutos, 10 minutos, vai aumentando para uma hora, exercitando sua plenitude, seu exercício de presença. Escolha um momento do seu dia, que esteja mais pesado, mais difícil. Então, esse é o melhor momento para você exercitar seu estado de prece, diante da sua plenitude, lembrando que no estado de prece a pessoa consegue inclusive objetivar coisas e acontecerem imediatamente. Intencione coisas e as coisas vão acontecendo.
Vivenciar o estado de prece é prestar atenção também na sincronicidade das pessoas, nos fatos, nos acontecimentos, no dinamismo das pessoas. Então, exercite o estado de prece.
Existem muitas mazelas no mundo. Não só no planeta terra, mas em outros lugares também. Em um primeiro momento você poderia dizer: sou tão pequeno, não posso contribuir, é uma rede, é uma imensidão de coisas que acontecem. Sou tão pequeno para poder combater e auxiliar tudo isso. Ledo engano. Você é muito importante para tudo isso.
A espiritualidade sempre pede, sempre auxilia, para que as pessoas sejam conduzidas para um estado de prece, estado de presença, de plenitude, fazendo a manifestação real da vida e partilhando para os demais. Lembre-se que você é muito importante para a construção dessa rede unitária que é o bem maior manifestado, diante de todas as criaturas. Existem muitas mazelas, sim, mas existe também uma rede do bem, que potencializa o bem maior, deixando apenas que fagulhas sejam manifestadas, sejam acontecidas na vida.
Às vezes alguma coisa não tão alegre pode acontecer na sua vida, mas pense que aquilo foi uma fagulha do que a espiritualidade deixou que você vivenciasse. Sem a espiritualidade maior, seria uma repercussão muito maior do que você imagina.
Então a humanidade precisa estar num estado de presença, de plenitude da vida, sem escolher momentos alegres e momentos tristes. São momentos que precisam ser vivenciados, diligenciados imediatamente. Às vezes as pessoas, em estado egóico, fazem opções somente por estados alegres, de plenitude, em que esteja com paz da alma. Mas será que é paz da alma verdadeiramente mesmo, que está se sentindo? Será que esse estado não é fugaz, não é um pouco mais passageiro do que se está a verbalizar? Talvez.
Quando um ser humano entra num estado de prece, de plenitude, de presença, ele não vai escolhendo quais os momentos deseja trilhar. Ele entrega o dia à manifestação que precisa ser empreendida para que o melhor se manifeste e que ele consiga trilhar com sabedoria toda e qualquer oportunidade que sejam diligenciadas na sua frente, na sua vida, sem classificar em estados bons ou ruins. São estados que precisam ser enfrentados, porque muitas vezes quando se classifica um estado ruim ou que te traz uma tristeza, é natural do ser humano, deixar para depois, adiar a resolução, só querendo vivenciar o estado da plenitude, da felicidade.
Mas será que essa felicidade está inteira sabendo que existem pendencias a serem resolvidas? Quando o ser humano encontra o estado meditativo de presença, de prece no seu dia a dia, são oportunidades. Se não pode ser resolvido imediatamente, comece a resolver. Plante uma semente, deixando germinar, em outro momento se vivencia aquele momento, de uma forma mais amadurecida e vai se diligenciando.
Você sabe o que significa empatia? Grosso modo é se colocar no lugar do outro. Entretanto, a empatia é algo mais profundo. Na empatia você está no lugar do outro para entender melhor o que o outro está a vivenciar, mas lembrando sempre que as oportunidades permanecem com o outro. Muitas vezes as pessoas entram num estado de empatia e começam a absorver as coisas alheias, achando que os problemas são seus. Isso não é empatia.
Empatia é você, por algum momento, ter a solicitude, diante das pessoas, mas você não pode trilhar e vivenciar o que elas precisarão trilhar. Isso é vivenciar o estado de prece, onde a empatia e tantas outras manifestações vão surgindo naturalmente no seu dia a dia. Prestar atenção é muito importante, porque para um ser humano sair do estado de prece é muito rápido. Mesmo com algum sentimento de raiva, fúria, pode permanecer no estado de prece porque se a raiva e a fúria aconteceram você estando em prece, tenho certeza que a raiva e a fúria será diluída para um melhor caminho, porque são extravasamentos naturais dos corpos. Bendita seja essa raiva, essa fúria, dentro de um estado de prece, porque ela será diluída para um melhor caminho.
Por isso que é importante que as pessoas estejam vivenciando um estado de prece. Preste atenção, para não se deixar corromper por tantas bobagens, por tantas besteiras, tantas desilusões, como se fossem armadilhas que propositalmente vão sendo colocadas no dia a dia, em pessoas, em situações, em comportamentos. Então, vivenci o estado de prece.
No estado de prece você consegue até se regenerar. Regenerar suas células, regenerar seus neurônios, apesar de que a ciência humana, diga que os neurônios não podem se regenerar. Mas, num estado de prece, você consegue redirecionar aquelas atividades neurais para outro patamar cerebral, para poder vibrar igual àquela parte que está adormecida, está fragilizada, em um estado de readequação.
Muitas pessoas buscam a inteireza, mas no meio do caminho se deixam corromper, diante dessa busca, dessa inteireza. Às vezes as armadilhas que se apresentam no caminho são mais acolhedoras e aprazíveis do que efetivamente essa inteireza. A integralidade do ser é algo natural. Existem substâncias, como a endorfina, a dopamina, que são naturais da estrutura mecânica do corpo.
O ser num estado de prece, dentro dessa integralidade, dentro da inteireza, consegue compreender todos os caminhos que precisam ser trilhados, todos os momentos que precisam ser vivenciados ou que opta por vivenciar, então aquela pessoa opta por vivenciar aquela sistemática. Exemplo. Um colega seu te desafia, classificando você por coisas que você sabe que não é, classificando seus comportamentos, palavras, atitudes. Você pode optar por entrar nesta questão ou pode também permanecer no seu estado de presença e de prece e dar continuidade à sua jornada.
O ser humano precisa refletir um pouco de quanto percentual, de quanto campo energético está desprendendo para o outro, para o controle do outro. Adentando esse campo, eis a armadilha.
Compreenda o estado de presença no agora, o que pode vivenciar agora, quais são as palavras que você pode falar agora, compartilhando com quem você ama e admira, agora. Aquele abraço pode ser o último abraço físico.
A vida é um sopro e os companheiros de jornada, muitas vezes, não vêm com bula nem receita dizendo o prazo de validade etiquetado. Exerça a sua plenitude, o seu estado de presença, não por escritos eletrônicos, demonstre por voz. Surpreenda essas pessoas, faça com que elas se sintam acolhidas, mesmo que distantes, mas que seu estado de presença esteja lá com essa pessoa, diariamente. O seu estado de prece é tão forte, tão eficaz, que você consegue se deslocar para estar onde quer que esteja a pessoa, a milhares de quilômetros, e a pessoa sente o seu estado de presença diante dos ensinamentos e diante do que precisava ser vivenciado.
